Stefania Karpinski

Stefania (Czekaj) Karpinski, 98 wife of the late Edward J. Karpinski of Douglassville, PA  formerly Coatesville, PA passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Keystone Villa in Douglassville.

She worked as an Administrative Assistant to the managing director at Textile Care Allied Trades Association in Fairfield, NJ and Brooklyn from 1940 -1969.

She was a volunteer at Brandywine Hospital and a member of Brandywine Senior Center.

She enjoyed playing piano and mandolin, pinochle, going to casinos, bowling, roller skating, and dancing until she was 90.

She is survived by 10 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her son, Stephan Karpinski and brothers, Walter Chekay and Ed Czekaj and sister, Wanda Schroeder.

Burial will be in Long Island National Cemetery.
