Donald A. Story, 79, husband of Andrea L. (Colvin) Story of Lewes, DE passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at Bayhealth Hospital in Milford, DE.
Born on November 11, 1941 in Ironwood, MI he was the son of the late Donald and Sigrid (Palm) Story.
He graduated from Phoenixville High School class of 1961 and then attended Penn State University.
He began his career as a graphic artist and progressed to production manager of a graphic packaging design corporation.
Don was a member of the Phoenixville Jaycees and Lions Club of Phoenixville and Lewes, DE.
He loved to paint with oils, enjoyed sculpting, played ice hockey, was an avid animal lover and loved his dogs. He was a vintage car collector and most recently was in pursuit of a 1957 Chevy. Don was also a great dancer and a lover of all types of music.
In addition to his wife he is survived by 3 daughters:
Genell wife of Antimo Ferrilli;
Deanne wife of William Leech;
Kara wife of Stephen Palladino.
10 Grandchildren.
8 Great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be private for his family. The service will be live streamed through Devlin Rosmos Kepp and Gatcha Facebook page on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 10:30 am.
Burial will be in Limerick Garden of Memories.
