Charles Borromeo McLaughlin, 78, husband of Patricia A. (Platco) McLaughlin of Audubon, PA passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021 Einstein Medical Center.
Born on October 1, 1942 in Philadelphia, PA he was the son of the late Charles Borromeo and Mary (Rinehart) McLaughlin.
He graduated from West Catholic High School for Boys.
He was an Electrical Wireman for General Electric in Philadelphia and then Malvern for many years.
He enjoyed tinkering with electronics and he literally could fix anything.
In addition to his wife he is survived by 2 daughters:
Christine Huntley;
Patricia Ann wife of Daniel Kirchdoerfer;
Stepson, Ryan husband of Lynette Giovinco
4 Grandchildren, Nathan Kirchdoerfer, Karli Kirchdoerfer, Stacy Huntley, and Jenna Huntley.
Brothers, John F. husband of Sophie McLaughlin and Eugene husband of Cecilia McLaughlin.
Preceded in death by his son, Charles Borromeo McLaughlin and sister, Jean Brown.
Relatives and friends may call at the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home, 517 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA  on Monday, May 17, 2021 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.  A Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Kitty Cottage Adoption Center, 317 W. Johnson Highway, Norristown, PA 19401.
