Catherine M. Bernard

Catherine M. (Navins) Bernard, 86, wife of the late Ralph J. Bernard of Phoenixville, PA passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020.

Born on Feb 11, 1934 in New York, NY she was the daughter of the late George and Margaret (Walsh) Navins.

She worked as a parish Secretary at St. Basil the Great Catholic Church in Kimberton for over 40 years where she also was a founding member of St. Basil the Great Catholic Church, Golden Greats, and Women's Club.

She is survived by 3 children:
Son, William A. husband of Joanne Bernard;
Daughter, Margaret A. wife of John O. Krasley;
Son, Richard J. Bernard.

4 Grandchildren, Kirsten wife of Grant Jornod, Jessica wife of Ivan Alejandro Chavarria, Adam husband of Danielle Krasley, and Matthew Bernard.

6 Great-Grandchildren, Gabriella, Leonardo, Sebastian, Josephine, Grant, and Benjamin.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass in St. Basil the Great Catholic Church, 2340 Kimberton Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460 on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 10:00 am.

A visitation will be held in the church on Saturday from 9:30 am to 10:00 am.

Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be given to any local food bank.
