Verna Mae Noel
Verna Mae (Yeager) Noel, 93, wife of the late James H. Noel, Sr. passed away on Friday evening, October 27, 2023 in Woodbridge Place.
Born on March 17, 1930 in Spring City, PA she was a daughter of the late Wesley and Mary Elizabeth (Horning) Yeager. She was a 1948 graduate of Spring City High School and married James Noel, Sr in 1950. She worked as the office manager for 18 years at Valley Forge OB/GYN in Phoenixville.
Verna served as a Deacon & Elder at St. Vincent United Church of Christ, taught Sunday School, and enjoyed being a member of the choir for 60 years. She also enjoyed oil painting, gardening, and reading.
She is survived by four children:

She was preceded in death by her brother, Louis Yeager.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service at the Linfield United Church of Christ, 25 Reformed Road, Linfield, PA on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 11:00 am.
Burial will follow in St. Vincent United Church of Christ Cemetery.
Friends may call at the church on Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Ascend Hospice, 1120 Welsh Road, North Wales, PA 19454.
