Born on March 5, 1988 in Phoenixville, PA, she was the daughter of Terence F.and Donna Lee (Taney) Downs.
Shauna worked as a Radiology Technologist at Main Line Health at Bryn Mawr Hospital.
Surviving in addition to her parents are,
sister, Jennifer Weik and husband Dean of Clay City, IN,
brother, Ryan Work and wife Stephanie of Temple, PA,
nieces and nephews,

Burial will follow in Morris Cemetery, Phoenixville, PA.
