It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Sally Wallace on July 25, 2026, at the age of 86. Sally was born on January 23, 1940, to Edward and Thelma McClain of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania.

Sally was a devoted wife of 65 years to Angus Wallace of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, and a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Family was at the center of her life, and she treasured the time spent with those she loved most.

She is survived by her brother, Dr. Thomas McClain; her daughter, Kerri Wallace and partner, Mark Hulswit; her son, Darrin Wallace and wife, Heather Wallace; her grandchildren, Zoe Reilly, Creed Reilly, Skylar Wallace, Tatum Wallace, Jake Hulswit, and Rachel Hulswit; and her funny and loving cat, Mittens 2.

Sally enjoyed many simple pleasures in life. She loved spending time with her family, visiting the casino, and getting lost in a good book. She was also a devoted animal lover with a special affection for dogs and cats, and she welcomed many cherished pets into her home over the years. Those who knew her well will also remember her enjoying a glass of wine over ice, often while sharing stories and laughter with family and friends. She also had a special fondness for Snoopy and Woodstock, whose images and charm brought her joy throughout the years.

Many of our happiest memories were made poolside at the family’s Kimberton home. Summers were filled with grandchildren, friends, laughter, swimming, and the simple joy of being together. Sally loved spending time with the people she cared about and creating lasting memories, and those gatherings created countless moments that her family and friends will cherish forever. She especially adored her grandchildren and took great joy in watching them grow, celebrating their accomplishments, and sharing in their lives. Her fun sense of humor, quick wit, and love of laughter made every gathering a little brighter.

Those who knew Sally will remember her kindness, generosity, and caring nature. She had a way of making people feel welcome and valued, and her love for her family was evident in everything she did.

While our hearts are saddened by her loss, we are grateful for the many years, memories, and love she shared with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
