Roy Gary Wildgust

Roy Gary Wildgust, 81, husband of Eta R. (Jording) Wildgust of Phoenixville, PA passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at home.

Born on April 25, 1944 in London Ontario, Canada he was the son of the late Roy and Olive (Stoner) Wildgust.

Gary was a graduate of Norristown High School, Class of 1962. He enlisted in the United States Navy and served two cruises on the USS Glacier A-GB4 and then on the USS Pablo.

He was a member of West End Fire Company.

Gary worked at Fairbanks Morse Scale in Conshohocken, Philadelphia Gear Corp., and retired from SPS Technology in 2008.

He enjoyed fishing, car races, bowling and all types of music. Most of all he enjoyed his summers at Seashoreline Camper Resort in Dennis Township, NJ. He was an avid Phillies and Flyers fan.

In addition to his wife of 61 years he is survived by 2 children:

Kelly wife of Jeff Kenealy;

Brett Wildgust and Tina Taney.

4 Grandchildren:

Alexander (Crystina) Wildgust;

Garrett Wildgust;

Justin husband of Jen Kenealy;

Patrick husband of Lea Kenealy.

Great Granddaughter, Sydney Grace Kenealy.

Brother, Ronald husband of Bette Wildgust and sisters, Sheryl (Chris) Wildgust and Sandra wife of Jim Cheezum.

Many nieces and nephews.
