Richard J. Ferko

Richard J. Ferko, 63, husband of Robin E. (Whitworth) Ferko of Phoenixville, PA passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2023 in Phoenixville Hospital.

Born on March 8, 1960 in Phoenixville, PA he was the son of the late Richard J. and Theresa (Maile) Ferko.

He was a 1978 graduate of Phoenixville High School. He worked for Westcode Inc. in West Chester for 30+ years and then Sirkorsky Aircraft/ Lockhead Martin in Coatesville.

He was a devoted husband, father, brother and grandfather. He spent many years coaching youth baseball at PECO Field and hockey at Echo Valley.

He loved his family, fireworks, fishing, collecting sports memorabilia, Flyers hockey, playing guitar, great food and the beach.

In addition to his wife of 40 years he is survived by 2 children:
Son, Brad Ferko;
Daughter, Krystina wife of Nick Mastrangelo.

2 Grandchildren, Adrianna and Haylee.

Sister, Michele Ferko.

Brother, Keith Ferko.

His beloved dogs, Penny, Pepe, and Tank.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service at Devlin - Gatcha Funeral Home, 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 11:00 am.

A visitation will be held in the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Devlin - Gatcha Funeral Home, 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA to help with funeral expenses.
