Rhoda E. (Prevost) Lynch, wife of the late Charles Lynch, of Phoenixville, died Sunday, January 13, 2019 in Seasons Hospice.
Born on December 19, 1925 in New Orleans, LA, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Rose Mary (Laurent) Prevost.
She was a Seamstress and had worked for Smith, Kline & French Pharmaceutical Company.
She enjoyed reading Love stories, was an excellent cook, tending to her rose garden, and absolutely loved the color pink.
She loved her family and promoting her children's success. She had an ability to turn a frown upside down. She held friends close, endured pain and suffering with strong resolve and quiet dignity.
She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church and was a longtime driver and captain of the St. Ann "Hope" transportation ministry.
Surviving family are, daughters, Sharon wife of Dr. Matt Naegle of Phoenixville;
Carla Lucas of Perkasie. Granddaughter, Stephanie Lucas. Sisters, Edna Martinas, Theresa Canales, and Greta Carter.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at St. Ann Chapel, 604 South Main Street, Phoenixville, PA, on Monday, January 21, 2019 at 10:30am. with Rev. John Newns officiating. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery. A viewing will be held Sunday afternoon at the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 517 S. Main Street at Fourth Avenue from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.
