Patricia J. (Kasuba) Nagle, 65, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away in her home on September 25, 2025.

Born on November 28, 1959, in Phoenixville, PA, Pat was the beloved daughter of the late John G. and Louise T. (Aikens) Kasuba. She dedicated her career as an Administrative Assistant to the Vice President at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where she was known for her professionalism and commitment.

A lover of the fall season, Pat cherished family time and created many treasured memories during vacations in Sea Isle City.

She leaves behind her daughter, Courtney A. Nagle, and fiancé Drew Stover, along with her cherished granddaughter, Quinn Stover. Pat is also survived by her sister, Terry, the wife of Allen Giaquinto.

Preceding her in death is her sister, Bette Ann Fetterman.

Family and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service at the Devlin - Gatcha Funeral Home, located at 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA, on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 12:00 Noon with Deacon Mark Szewczak officiating. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
