Martha Moses

Martha (Cressman) Moses, 99, of Spring City, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2022 in her residence surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of the late William E. Moses, who died in 2000.

Born on October 11, 1922 in Mont Clare, PA she was the youngest daughter of the late William & Martha (Godshall) Cressman.

Martha was a longtime member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Phoenixville. She took great pride in maintaining her home and caring for her family throughout her life.

Martha is survived by her son, Robert L. Moses and wife Judith; 5 Grandchildren, Tim, Richard, Philip, Justin, Tammy; 7 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Richard A. Moses in 2007; and her brothers and sisters: Anna, Edna, Alice, William, Abraham, Walter, Frank, and Elizabeth.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service in the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home, 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 10:30 a.m.

Burial will follow in Morris Cemetery, Phoenixville.

A viewing will be held in the funeral home on Saturday from 9:00 - 10:30 am.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Martha may be made to St. John’s United Church of Christ, 315 Gay Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
