Lynn Marie Hudak - April 16, 2022

Local Business Owner Dies at 57.

Lynn Marie (Pecharo) Hudak, “LynnP” 57, passed away suddenly in Reading Hospital on Friday, April 16, 2022, surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of Michael J. Hudak, and just celebrated 28 wonderful years together.

In addition to her husband, Lynn is survived by her three children, Michael, Jonathan and Amber Hudak.

Born in Norristown, Lynn was the daughter of the late Teresa (Malavolta) and Frederick F. Pecharo, and the youngest sibling to Lisa A. Connelly, and the late Michael F. Pecharo.

Lynn graduated from Bishop Kenrick High School in 1982 and attended Harcum Junior College. After working various jobs, Lynn found her soul-mate, and for the past 17 years, Lynn has worked beside her family every day, being the proud -part owner and operator with her husband- at Phoenixville Memorial Works. Lynn was an avid office manager, who spoke and dealt with many customers over the years, teaching herself how to run the office efficiently. In the most recent years, Lynn and Amber would work side by side in the office, and talking with customers together. Lynn was a great talker- and could talk to anyone-about anything- for hours and hours. She made all of her customers feel comfortable, and always cheered them up with her bubbly personality.

At age 18, Lynn was diagnosed with MS, but continued to lead as normal a life as possible in spite of numerous complications. In her earlier life, she had a few modeling gigs, and loved going to the beach with her family. Lynn always enjoyed her cup of morning coffee every day, and wouldn’t go a day without it. In her later years, apart from the business, she would spend her free time gardening and talking stories about her life. She enjoyed mini golfing, going out to dinner, playing cards, spending her evenings watching her favorite tv shows,  going to the movies, and most of all, spending time with her family. She was a loving and caring person, having her family’s back all the time.

She will be remembered as a joyous, loving, caring person who was always there to help in any way she could.
