Kevin McGonigle

July 15, 1965 — February 24, 2018

Kevin J. McGonigle, 52, husband of Tammie (Kaltenbacher) McGonigle, of Phoenixville, with whom he shared 19 years of marriage, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at home.

Born on July 15, 1965 in Darby, PA, he was the son of Ronald H. and Mary (Hallinan) McGonigle of Exton, PA.

He was a graduate of Bishop Shanahan High School Class of 1983.

He worked in technical sales for Dell computers assisting companies with their data storage.

He was a Scout Master and Den leader for Cub Scout Pack 4. He volunteered for the Owen J. Roberts Marching Band and was an avid supporter of his children’s athletic teams. He was also a boating enthusiast, an avid golfer  and a former camp counselor for Camp Can Do, a camp for children with cancer.

He was a member of St. Basil the Great Roman Catholic Church, Kimberton, PA and also taught CCD classes there.

David, husband of Lindsey Kaltenbacher of Jacksonville, FL.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at St. Basil the Great Roman Catholic Church, 2340 Kimberton Road, Phoenixville, PA, on Thursday March 1, 2018 at 11am. Burial will be private.

A visitation will be held Thursday morning from 9am to 10:45am at the church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation at www.curemeso.org or to Camp Can Do at www.campcandoforever.org
