Karen Ann Pasko Pace

Karen Ann (Koza) Pasko Pace, 66, wife of John Pace and the late Walter Pasko, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2025 in the Phoenixville Hospital after a courageous fight against cancer. She was surrounded by family and loved ones.

Born on April 9, 1959 in the Roxborough neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of Elaine (Pienta) Koza and the late Edward Koza. Karen was a 1977 graduate of the John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls’ High School. She worked as a dedicated administrative assistant in various healthcare settings for many years.

Karen took pride in bringing her family together, organizing dinners, maintaining holiday traditions and taking trips to new places or the family vacation spot in Kissimmee, Florida. Karen most-enjoyed nights out in her small town of residence, Phoenixville, with her husband and family. She enjoyed live entertainment such as local comedy shows and live music. You could often find her watching Philadelphia sports games, spending time gardening, and enjoying simple pleasures at home such as lighting her favorite candles or decorating.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by three children: Ryan Pasko husband of Kassondra (Calderone) Pasko, Kristen Pasko, and Derek Pasko; brother Steven Koza husband of Anne (Primus) Koza, John's son Kyle Pace, and her beloved Westie, Maddie.

A visitation will be held in Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 900 Sumneytown Pike, Lansdale, PA on Friday, August 1, 2025 from 9:45 to 10:45 am. Words of Remembrance will begin at 10:50 am followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. In keeping with Karen’s spirit and wishes, guests are encouraged to wear appropriate, light or brightly-colored casual attire to this celebration of life. Traditional black or formal funeral clothing is not necessary.

Burial will be private.
