Jean (Schmehl) Neiman, 91, wife of the late Frederick B. Neiman, III, of Kimberton, PA passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024 at home.
Born on September 30, 1932 in Kimberton, PA she was the daughter of the late Harry A. and E. Beatrice (Quigg) Schmehl.
She graduated Phoenixville Area High School, Class of 1950.
She was an active member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Chester Springs, PA. Jean was the church organist, music director, and member of the church sewing circle.
Jean was a piano and organ teacher at Jaworski's Music Centre in Phoenixville for many years.
She is survived by 4 children:
Sharon wife of John Kleinstuber;
Brian husband of Tracy Neiman;
Patrice Lucas wife of Mickey Giron;
Jean Ann wife of the late Gerald Barney.
11 Grandchildren.
8 Great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Robert Schmehl and Clyde Schmehl.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service in St. Peter's United Church of Christ, 1193 Clover Mill Road, Chester Springs, PA 19425 on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 12:00 pm.
Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery.
A visitation will be in the church on Saturday from 11:00 to 12:00 noon.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be given to St. Peter's Pikeland United Church of Christ, 1193 Clover Mill Road, Chester Springs, PA 19425.
