Born on April 16, 1983 in Phoenixville, PA, he was the son of Wasfy F. Fahmy and Elizabeth Rock Fahmy.
Jason was a member of St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church in Wayne, PA.
Surviving in addition to his parents are,
sister, Christina Elyse Fahmy of Washington, DC,
aunts and uncles,
Marian V. Rock of Westampton, NJ,
Victoria Rock of Meyersdale, PA,
Nadia and husband Nabil Makary of Lansdale, PA,
Eleanor and husband John Byers of Las Cruces, NM,

Nancy Joy, Mary Ann, Jeffrey, Vicki and Jennifer.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church, 50 W. Walker Road, Wayne, PA, on Friday, September 1, 2017 at 10:00 am.
Burial will be private.
A viewing will be held in the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 517 S. Main Street at Fourth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA on Thursday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, Mass Cards may be given, or contributions to the Timothy School, 973 Old Lancaster Road, Berwyn, PA 19312 or to the Devereux Behavioral Health, 444 Devereux Drive, Villanova , PA 19085.
