Irene Julia (Greeno) Yanchek, 97, wife of the late Anthony Joseph Yanchek of Phoenixville, PA died on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 in the Sanatoga Center.

Born on April 3, 1919 in Tomah, Wisconsin she was a daughter of the late Earl and Lillian (Shepherd) Greeno.

Irene worked as a clerk at the former Valley Forge General Hospital She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, the Phoenixville Moose Lodge, and the Ladies Auxiliary of the V.F.W. in Phoenixville.
