Irene M. Plum

Irene M. (Warren) Plum, 72, wife of the late David A. Plum, of Phoenixville, PA passed away in Kindred Hospital Havertown on Thursday, July 4, 2024.

She was born in Norristown on March 4, 1952 and was a daughter of the late Howard Wesley and Edith (Rapine) Warren. Irene grew up in Phoenixville, and graduated from Phoenixville High School. For more than twenty years she worked as a staff accountant for Progressive Business Publications, in Malvern.

Irene was a strong woman of faith, who radiated positivity to everyone she encountered. She was an active member of the Spring City Fellowship Church and enjoyed taking online classes from Charis Bible College, to strengthen her faith. She was a wonderful mother who will always be remembered for her unwavering support and love. 

She is survived by three children: Virginia, wife of Todd Jasper, Andrew Plum, and Mary Plum, fiance of Joe DiPaul; and her sisters: Louise Hogg and Patricia Wilkinson. She was preceded in death by her three siblings: Howard Warren, Sandra Lindaberry, and Frances Warren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service at the Spring City Fellowship Church, 540 Glass Street, Spring City, PA 19475 on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends and relatives prior to the service starting at 10:00 am.
