Irene M. (McCloskey) Langan, 89, wife of the late James F. Langan, Sr., of Phoenixville, PA, died on Thursday, March 30, 2017.
She is survived by six children, eleven grandchildren and one sister.
She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Phoenixville, a past president of Phoenixville Womens Club, an avid bridge player and enjoyed water aerobics at Phoenixville YMCA.
Irene had an enthusiasm and zest for life, she was known as the "skydiving grandma" having jumped from an airplane in 2014 at the age of 86.
Memorial Mass will be on Friday, April 7, 2017 at 11:00 am at St. Ann Catholic Church, Main St. at Third Ave, Phoenixville, PA. Calling time from 9:00 am to 10:45 am. Burial in St. Ann Cemetery.
