Howard W. "Butch" Longacre

Howard W. "Butch" Longacre, 75, husband of Carol L. Longacre, of Gilbertsville, PA passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2022.

Born on September 25, 1947 in Phoenixville, PA he was the son of the late Franklin Longacre and Helen (McIntyre) Litka.

He worked at Pierce and Stevens in Kimberton for 36 years.

Butch was an avid arrowhead collector and loved to search for old coins among his change.  He played Little League all through his younger years and loved the Phillies.  He also enjoyed NASCAR.

In addition to his wife he is survived by 2 children:

Daughter, Teri Longacre;

Son, Jim Longacre.

3 Granddaughters, Rachel Brennan, Cory Longacre, and Sloane Longacre.

Sisters, Linda Zeigler and Carol Sue Drabick.

He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Abe, Joseph, Eugene, Yvonne, Barbara, and Cheryl.

Funeral Services will be private.
