Helen A. Valerio

Helen A. (Kuchma) Valerio, 88, wife of the late Robert Roger Valerio of Phoenixville, PA  passed away on Friday, January 12, 2024.
 
Born on June 8, 1935 in Mont Clare, PA she was the daughter of the late John and Anna (Pufko) Kuchma.  Helen worked as an executive assistant.  She was a member of Holy Ghost Orthodox Church in Phoenixville where she was a former member of the Mothers Club, sponsor for the Junior ACRY, and Junior Achievement.

Helen is survived by two daughters:  Denise Valerio and Roberta "Bobbie" Valerio; three grandchildren:  John Valerio Jr, Noah D'Puia, and Jordyn D'Puia; sister, Anna Marie "Amy" Carney and brother, John husband of Eleanor Kuchma.
 
She was preceded in death by her son, John Valerio, Sr. and sisters:  Elizabeth Carey and Mary Anne Houck.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service in Holy Ghost Orthodox Church, Starr and Bridge Streets, Phoenixville, PA  on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 10:00 am with the Very Rev. Peter Paproski officiating.  

Burial will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery in Mont Clare.

A viewing will be held in the church on Thursday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 am.
