Gloria Readman

Gloria F. (Myers) Readman,83, wife of the late Clarence E. Readman, Jr. of Phoenixville, PA, died on Saturday, February 13, 2016 in her home. Born on January 27, 1933 in Mont Clare, PA, she was the daughter of Harry E. Myers, Sr. and Elizabeth A. (Hartzell) Myers. Gloria was an active member of Otterbein United Methodist Church in Mont Clare where she was the organist for 63 years, taught Sunday School and served on various committees and events. She also served on Phoenixville Council of Churches. She is survived by: Son, Rev. Kevin and Melissa Readman of New Holland, PA. Son, Keith and Jennifer Readman of King of Prussia, PA. 3 Grandchildren: Madison, Benjamin and Mackenzie who were her joy. Also surviving is her long time and treasured friend, Ray "Papa Ray" Hookway, Sr. of Spring City, PA. Sister, Marlene Gemma of Spring City, PA. Numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her brothers and sisters: Elizabeth Plavcan Violet Saylor Harry E. Myers, Jr. Joseph Myers Walter Myers Adella Blank Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service in Otterbein United Methodist Church, 181 Walnut Street, Mont Clare, PA on Monday, February 22, 2016 at 11:00 am with Rev. John Bletsch officiating. Burial will be in Green Tree Cemetery, Oaks, PA. Relatives and Friends may call at Devlin Rosmos Kepp and Gatcha Funeral Home and Cremation Svcs., Inc., 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Sunday, February 21, 2016 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. and at the church on Monday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be given to Otterbein United Methodist Church, 181 Walnut Street, Mont Clare, PA 19453. .
