Frank J. McMullen, 88, husband of Dolores M. (McLaughlin) McMullen, of Phoenixville, PA, died in his home on Monday, March 6, 2017.
Born on February 9, 1929 in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Joseph and Margaret (McAllister) McMullen.
He worked for General Electric Company in Philadelphia, PA for 50 years as a Project Manager.
Frank enjoyed woodworking to include crafting rocking chairs and birdhouses.
He loved Philadelphia Sports Teams, especially the Phillies and Eagles.
He loved being with his family, taking care of his dogs over the years, and weekly trips to Shady Maple.
Surviving in addition to his wife are,
daughter, Allison M. wife of Dennis Rodrigues of Phoenixville, PA,
grandson, Sean Rodrigues,
granddaughter, Kelly wife of Bryan MacIntyre,
great-granddaughter, Maya MacIntyre,
many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, James, Harry, Robert, Charles "Pete", Wesley, Florence and Margaret.
A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service in the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 517 S. Main Street at Fourth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA, on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Dr. Donald B. Eisenhauer officiating.
Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Phoenixville Hospital Cancer Center, 140 Nutt Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
