Frank M. Mastrangelo, 74, husband of Dolores D. (Fiordimondo) Mastrangelo of Phoenixville, PA died on Friday, March 10, 2017 in Life Care Hospital in West Chester.
He was born on August 5, 1942 in Phoenixville to the late Frank N. and Elizabeth (Kovach) Mastrangelo.
He graduated from Phoenixville High School and worked as a building contractor and entrepreneur.
Frank was an active member of St. Basil the Great Catholic Church in Kimberton and the Knights of Columbus Council 13800 where, as a Fourth Degree Knight, he served as Financial Secretary and assisted with several fundraising initiatives. This included organizing numerous events such as the annual Palm Sunday Breakfast.
In addition to his wife of 54 years, he is survived by two sons:
Frank M Mastrangelo Jr. and his wife Cynthia New of Glenmoore, PA
Nicholas J. Mastrangelo and his wife Christine of Haymarket, VA
6 Grandchildren: Joseph, Kathryne, Antonio, Jacqueline, Quintin, and Tabitha
2 Sisters: Laura Wassel and Betty L. Mastrangelo, both of Phoenixville
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass in St. Basil the Great Catholic Church, 2340 Kimberton Road, Phoenixville, PA on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 11:00 am with Rev. Gary Pacitti officiating.
Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery.
A viewing will be held in the church on Monday morning from 9:30 to 10:45 am.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to St. Basil the Great Church, PO Box 637, Kimberton, PA 19442.
