Donald "Boghdan" Lebedynsky

Donald "Boghdan" Lebedynsky, 73, husband of Linda L. (Jeffries) Lebedynsky of Mont Clare, PA passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 26, 2023.

Born on October 20, 1949 in Bad Kreuznach, Germany he was the son of the late Nestor and Anna (Kachurowska) Lebedynsky.

He worked at Diamond Glass/Anchor Hocking in Royersford before retiring from Superior Tube in Collegeville.

He was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, life member of Mont Clare Fire Company where he also belonged to the Dive Rescue Unit, and a social member of various fire companies.

In his retirement, he loved traveling, which included going to Steeler’s training camp in Pittsburgh and the annual Firefighter’s convention in Wildwood New Jersey with his wife and grandsons. He also enjoyed salmon fishing in upstate New York with his son. He was also a regular at his grandson’s hockey games and practices.

In addition to his wife he is survived by 3 children:
Donald J. Lebedynsky;
Patricia A. Lebedynsky;
Kathy A. Lebedynsky-Pencak.

3 Grandchildren, Lauren B. Dail, Austin J. Pencak, and Gavin R. Pencak.

Preceded in death by his sister, Nadia Raquet.

A viewing will be held in Devlin - Gatcha Funeral Home on Friday, September 29, 2023 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Service in Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, 301 Fairview Street, Phoenixville, PA on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 10:00 am.

Burial will follow in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Phoenixville.
