Dennis Michael "Yock" Dzuryachko, 84 of Mont Clare, passed away on August 3, 2026 at Phoenixville Hospital.

Born on June 8, 1942 in Phoenixville, PA to the late Michael and Mary (Fecak) Dzuryachko.

Dennis lived a life defined by hard work, kindness and devotion to family. He attended the former St. Pius X High School where he was Defensive Lineman of the Year, served in the United States Navy where he was a radio operator aboard the USS RANDOLPH during the Cuban Missile Crisis and went on to a fulfilling career at Aqua America retiring in 2004.

Outside of work, Dennis loved spending time with friends, family and his grandchildren. He was a member of the American Legion Post 602, Knights of Columbus and St. Michael the Archangel Byzantine Church.

Dennis was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 33 years, Kathleen Anne (Frock) Dzuryachko, who passed away in 2015, brother Richard Durachko and sister Bernadine Dzuryachko.

He is survived by his loving son Matthew Dzuryachko, his wife Pamala (Caruso) and cherished grandchildren Noah Cittadino, Katarina and Vincent Dzuryachko.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Divine Liturgy with Funeral Service at 10:30 am in St. Michael the Archangel Byzantine Church, 203 Jacob Street, Mont Clare, PA on Monday, August 10, 2026 with Rev. Andriy Kovach officiating.

Burial will follow in St. Michael Cemetery.

A viewing will be held in church on Monday from 8:30 to 10:15 am.
