Colleen Wartenburg

Colleen G. Wartenburg, 57, of Phoenixville, entered eternal life suddenly on October 16, 2020.  Born August 28, 1963 in Norristown, she was the daughter of the late John and Adelaide Kees.

Colleen graduated from the former Sacred Heart School of Practical Nursing and Montgomery County Community College.

As a Registered Nurse, she was employed at the former Montgomery Hospital before embarking on a career in private duty nursing.  She possessed an outgoing, engaging personality and generous spirit.  Her love for and devotion to her family, friends and patients were boundless.

She will be greatly missed by her devoted husband, William J. Wartenburg, Jr., beloved son, Liam (Yuan Xi), sister, Geralyn Kees, brother, Francis (Regina) Kees, sister-in-law, Ellen (Mark)Truax, nephews, Daniel Kees and Christian Truax, nieces, Angela Kees and Jenna (Dan) Battisto, as well as many dear relatives and wonderful friends.

A Private Funeral Mass will be held  in St. Ann Chapel on October 22, 2020.  Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery..

A Memorial Mass celebrating her life will be announced at a later date.
