Charlene (Hilton) "Cindy" Cockerham, 90, wife of the late William E. Cockerham of Pughtown, PA passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2026.

Born on November 29, 1935 in St. Louis, MO, she was the daughter of the late Charles O. and Mildred E. (Reuter) Hilton.

She worked as a Mortgage Broker and was a member of the Real Estate Association of Chester County.

Cindy enjoyed gardening, bowling, and horseback riding. Together with her husband, she worked with their horses and other animals.

She is survived by 3 children:

Cheryl wife of Bruce Schaeffer;

Edward A. Gallagher;

Daniel husband of Perri Gallagher.

3 Grandchildren:

Tamara Furlong-Whitfield;

Amelia Gallagher;

Aaron Gallagher.

2 Great-grandchildren, Cassandra Furlong and Lorelai Whitfield.

Relatives and friends are invited he Funeral Service in the Devlin - Gatcha Funeral Home, 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 10:30 am.

A private burial will follow in Mt. Carmel United Methodist Cemetery, Warwick Township.

A viewing will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 am.
