Carol Ann Bazik, 82, wife of Michael J. Bazik, Jr. of Phoenixville, PA passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 peacefully at home with her husband by her side
Born on September 14, 1943 in Philadelphia, PA she was the daughter of the late Ann Mildred (Meisle) Bertram and the late Joseph H. Bertram.
Throughout her career, she contributed her skills working in the Business Office at Phoenixville Hospital and later at Pottstown Hospital. Carol was also a devoted member of St. Ann Catholic Church, where her faith played a central role in her life.
Carol coached basketball at St Ann Catholic School. She had a passion for travel, and particularly cherished visits to Wildwood, NJ, Gatlinburg, TN, and Williamsburg, VA. She was avid reader and enjoyed coaching her daughter's little league softball at PECO field in Phoenixville. Above all, she found great joy in spending precious moments with her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband she is survived by 3 children:
Michael D. Bazik;
Stephen K. Bazik;
Cara Ann wife of John Brady.
3 Grandchildren, Matthew Bazik, Liam Brady, and Regan Brady.
Brother, Dennis Bertram.

She was preceded in death by her grandson, Morgan Bazik and brother, Kenneth Bertram.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass in St. Ann Catholic Church, 502 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 11:00 am.
Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery.
A viewing will be held in the church on Wednesday from 9:45 to 10:45 am.
