Arthur Charles Scott, III, age 44, of Phoenixville, PA, died suddenly on Friday , February 10, 2017 in Phoenixville Hospital.

Born on August 10, 1972 in Jacksonville, FL, Art was the son of Arthur Charles Scott, Jr. and Reta (Freeman) Scott of Phoenixville, PA.

Art graduated from Nottingham High School in Hamilton, New Jersey in 1990. While in High School, he won the Golf State Championship.

He attended Trenton State College.

He worked as a Golf Pro for several Country Clubs in the Wilmington, NC area including: Beau Rivage, Porters Neck and Castle Bay Country Clubs.

Art enjoyed boating and fishing.

Art was full of life. He was always giving and caring for others and was known for his big heart and smile.

He was a devoted son, brother and uncle.

Brother, Todd husband of Alicia Scott of Greenville, SC;

Sister, Dawn wife of Michael Funk of Phoenixville;

Sister, Wendy wife of Glenn Diehl of Malvern;

Brother, Keith husband of Jennifer Scott of Portsmouth, VA

Brother, Shawn, husband of Keely Scott of Robbinsville, NJ;

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to his Funeral Service on Wednesday evening February 15, 2017 at 8 P.M. at Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.

A viewing will be held Wednesday evening from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
