Anne S. Gausch

 

She was born on March 13, 1936 in Phoenixville to Willard and Anna Simes. She was preceded in death by her brother Willard “Butch” Simes.

She is survived by five children - Deb wife of Randy Reber, Melissa wife of Neil Brango,  Larry husband of Karen, Joe husband of Judy, and Sue wife of Mark Beekman;  12 grandchildren, Anna Marie, Ryan, Regan, Samson, Rayne, Amanda, Nicole, Ross, Rachel, Olivia, Natalie, Carlie; 11 great-grandchildren, Mackenzie, Trip, Jaxon, Quinn, Hailey, Shane, Caley, Caden, Lynn, Maverick and Helen; sister, Esther Simes; niece, Gena Simes; and life-long friend Rita Hudak Maloney.

Anne’s outgoing personality made it easy for her to make friends and she could be found playing Rummikube or Wii Bowling with her friends at SpringMill often. Anne was a fantastic homemaker with an amazing ability to cook delicious meals and desserts, a skilled crafter known for her beautiful quilts, embroidery, knitting and crocheting and an upbeat social butterfly.

During their 46 years together, Anne and Frank not only raised five children but also spent time traveling together and with friends, loved holiday celebrations and getting away to the sunshine of Florida and their West Palm Beach vacation home.

Many will remember Anne from her many years as a teller at Phoenixville Federal bank. In addition, Anne was previously a realtor who loved finding people their dream home.

Our hearts are broken but we know she has been reunited with Frank.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service in St. Ann Chapel, 604 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at 10:00 am.

Burial will follow in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Phoenixville.

A viewing will be held in Devlin Rosmos Kepp and Gatcha Fuenral Home, 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Friday, July 8, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and in chapel on Saturday from 9:15 to 9:45 am.
