Alvaro Gonzalez

Alvaro Gonzalez, 81, husband of Maria M. Razo-De-Gonzalez, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Friday, April 25, 2025.
Born on May 23, 1943 in Canoas, Mexico he was the son of the late Pedro and Cruz (Saenz) Gonzalez.

He was employed by Scorpion Auto Repair.

Alvaro loved boxing, fishing, bird watching and swimming.
He loved watching kung-fu movies as well as nature programs and documentaries.
Alvaro loved building things with his hands.
He was very proud to be Mexican and loved Mexican music as well as singing and dancing.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by
6 Children Lizbeth (David) Gonzales, Karla (Jose Luis) Sanguino, Alvaro R. Gonzalez, Jonathan (Laura) Gonzalez, Jesus (Karen) Gonzalez, and Pedro (Monalisa) Gonzalez.

19 Grandchildren, Erik, Kevin Y, Kenia, Kenya, Gerardo, Karen, Karime, Kevin, Daniela, Miguel, Jonathan, Christina, Giselle, Liam, David A, Sebastian, Yamel, David, and Nathan.

Great grandson, Lucas.

He was preceded in death by his brother Homero Lozano, sisters Esperanza and Rosalinda Gonzalez.

Services will be private.

Memorial contributions may be made to the dementia society.
